The Cooking and Cocktails series will demonstrate a simple dish tasting paired with a cocktail. You will have the opportunity to watch and learn from various professionals in their craft in this interactive culinary experience.
The first class in the series will be featuring Ceviche and Pisco Sours presented by a Peruvian chef and Esplanade’s National Director of Food & Beverage, Patrick Scully.
Please note participants will not be actively cooking these dishes or preparing cocktails, but volunteers may be requested. Portions are sample size.
Registration minimum of 15 participants required. Program is limited to 25 participants. Please register by Tuesday, March 15.
