Business Office will be CLOSED to face-to-face visits and walk-ins
March 8, 2020
Effective immediately, out of an abundance of caution, the Evergreen Business Office will be closed for in-person visits and walk-in contacts, but it will remain open for inbound phone calls and resident support services.
The Board is taking this temporary emergency action to implement the Center for Disease Control & Prevention’s (CDC) recommendation to limit in-person interactions and to practice ‘social distancing.’ Our goal is to provide for the safety and protection of all who live and work in our community, including the most vulnerable among us. It is our individual and collective responsibility to be informed and to take immediate actions that help to reduce the risk of transmission of the COVID-19 virus.
If you get voice mail, please leave a message and your call will be returned as quickly as possible. Finally, if you need to drop something off to the GM, please leave it in the mail slot at the Business Office entrance. It will be checked at least once weekly. If anything is time-sensitive, please call or email the General Manager directly!
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding in these extraordinary times for our community and country. We will continue to communicate updates with community residents, as we receive new information for government authorities and as we take any additional actions in the future. Thank you to all residents for your cooperation and support to help us to move forward to accomplish the daily work in our community.
Sincerely,
Evergreen Estates HOA Board of Directors
